Disassembling
 7DNH WKH /&' FXVKLRQ RII DQG ÀLS WKH VWRSSHU RI (5
FRQQHFWRU RQ WKH 68% /&' 3&% WR UHOHDVH WKH ÀH[LEOH
cable.
2) Release the STATUS MONITOR from 2 hooks on the
CONTROL BUTTON frame.
3) Tear off the tape and disconnect the harness from the
back side of the SUB LCD PCB.
4) Release the SUB LCD PCB from a hook on the
CONTROL BUTTON frame.
5) Disconnect the harness and tear off the tape from the
.(<3$' 3&%
6) Remove 3 screws and the earth cable CNGD1 from the
.(<3$' 3&%
Assembling
 6FUHZ WKH .(<3$' 3&% DQG &1*' GRZQ ZKLOH
holding the frame to avoid warping it.
2) Fasten the SUB LCD PCB with a hook on the
CONTROL BUTTON.
3) Connect the harneses and tape them to the PCBs
as before.
4) Fasten the STATUS MONITOR on the CONTROL
BUTTON (frame) at 2 hooks, and turn the stopper
RI (5 RQ WKH 68% /&' 3&% WR IDVWHQ WKH ÀH[LEOH
cable.
5) Align the LCD cushion to the frame of CONTROL
BUTTON and stick it to the frame as shown in the
drawing.
NOTE:
The LCD cushion comes together with the
STATUS MONITOR of service parts.
Wiring

Be careful of the styling of CNGD1.
Check if the cable tie
ELQGV &1.(< DQG &1/&'
at about 10mm from the
FRQQHFWRU RI &1.(<
Tape CNLCD (W=20mm).

Connect CNLCD.
LCD cushion
CONTROL BUTTON
7[ EODFN VFUHZ
torque: 0.39~0.59N m
Screw down the end of CNGD1 to point it upward.
Be careful not to let it be over the frame.
Hook
0~0.5mm
Style CNGD1 as shown and
tape it (W=20mm).
