TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
Note: If your problem is not resolved, call your authorized service provider.
Notice: Before sending the sterilizer for technical service, remove the mains cable, empty both water tanks and use the original or appropriate
packaging.
Problem
The sterilizer remains switched
OFF.
Water is leaking at the front of the
sterilizer.
The cycle commences but there is
no pressure/temperature rise.
At the end of the cycle, there is
residual water in the chamber.

Possible cause
The mains switch or network circuit breaker is OFF.
No voltage at the socket.
The power cord is not connected properly.
Leaks through the chamber door gasket.
Internal leak.
The safety thermostat switch is open.
Electric - electronic fault.
Sterilizer not properly leveled.
Overloaded chamber.
Chamber filter clogged.
Chamber filter cap not well-positioned.
Load incorrectly placed.
Activate the mains switch or network circuit breaker (ON).
Check the electric circuit.
Check and connect the power cord properly.
Clean or replace the door gasket.
Clean the chamber face side.
Call technical service.
Reset the safety thermostat switch. See "Extraordinary maintenance" on page 98.
Call technical service.
Properly level the surface the sterilizer is placed on.
Comply with the maximum load weight limits for each type of load. Always use the
chamber rack for trays and cassettes. See ."Load maintenance and preparation" on
page 57
Remove and clean the chamber filter.
Mount the chamber filter cap properly (see "Ordinary maintenance" on page 77)
