 Fold the pedal against the pedal crank.

Folding the stem, version I

Alternative
 Open the clamping lever on the stem quick release.
 Pull the locking lever on the stem upwards and
simultaneously pivot it 90° to the right or the left.
 You feel the handlebars click into place.
 Push in the handlebars.
 Close the clamping lever on the stem quick release.
