Place a call in orbit
From extension 302, answer the ringing call. Press ICM * 60, and
hang up. The call is now in Park Orbit 60. Count how long the call
remains in orbit before recalling. Following system programming
above, it should recall after 20 seconds. Place the call back into
orbit using the Programmable Function Key (key 11) - simply press
key 11.
Conference
From extension 302, press ICM * 60. You have now retrieved the
call from orbit. To conference that call with another call, press
CONF. Dial extension 301. Pick up the handset or press SPK at
extension 301. From extension 302 press CONF. Extension 301, 302
and the outside call should now all be conferenced together.
Callback
From extension 303, call extension 302 (press ICM + 302). You
should hear a busy signal. Press 2 and hang up the handset. You've
just set Callback for extension 302.
Hang up extensions 301 and 302. Extension 303 rings - pick up the
handset. An intercom call is now placed to extension 302. Hang up.
Force an Intercom call to ring
From extension 302, call extension 303 (press ICM + 303). The
intercom call will voice announce to extension 303. From extension
302, press 1. The intercom call now rings extension 303. Hang up.
Dial a Speed Dial number
From extension 302, press ICM # 25. The telephone number you
entered in system programming will now dial out.
Activating Night Mode
From extension 302, press key 12. This is the Programmable Func-
tion key you defined as the Night Key in system programming above.
The system will now redirect any incoming trunk calls to their night
mode destination (as programmed above). You can place a trunk
call into the system and confirm your Night Service programming.
Deactivate Night Mode by pressing key 12 again.
