Access the Océ VarioPrint 2050-70
Introduction
The Key operator manages the Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 access control,
according to the requirements of your department. The Océ VarioPrint
2050-70 includes an accounts database, to store the information about the
users.
The Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 charges the job pages that you made, to your user
account.
You can meet the following methods of access control.
A PIN is necessary, to enter the machine.

Then, your assigned PIN is required, to start a copy, scan or mailbox job.
A PIN is necessary, to enter your mailbox.

Your assigned PIN is required to start your mailbox jobs.
There is a limit to the number of job pages that you are permitted to make.

If the number of job pages reaches the limit, a message is displayed and you
cannot start more jobs.
The Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 is connected to a copy charge system, so that

you must enter coins or a credit card to start a job.
If a copy charge system is active, you can sometimes use your PIN. The
