The results of the power on test or the self test (SYSTEM, USER DATA, and
BATTERY) can be saved into a USB memory. Pressing the [System] key
followed by the SERVICE softkey opens the SERVICE page.
This page is read-only.
This page displays the system information of E4980A/ E4980AL and allows you
to save the displayed information into the USB memory, but does NOT allow
you to modify or delete the information.
The system information of E4980A/ E4980AL may be used for the
purposes of support and repair by Keysight Technologies, but will never
be used for any other purposes.
