• debug ssm traces error {all|critical|major|minor}
• debug ssm traces message
• debug ssm traces brief-traces {all|cac|call|handlers|media|stack|routing|registrar|
keepalive}
• debug ssm traces detailed-traces {all|cac|call|handlers|media|stack|routing|registrar|
keepalive}

Common issues

SIP survivability commands inaccessible

Possible cause 1: SIP survivabililty software image not installed.
Solution: The SIP survivability features are only supported in release 10.2.0.0 and later. Verify
that the current release on the Avaya Secure Router 2330/4134 is supported by using the show
version command.

Possible cause 2: PVM/PVIM module is not installed.
Solution: The internal PVM/PVIM must be purchased/installed for the Secure Router
2330/4134 to support SIP survivability features. Ensure that the PVM/PVIM module is installed
properly using show chassiscommand.
