6. Policing based CoS marking not working.
292 Troubleshooting
Symptom: User may see that CoS marking is not working based on the
conformance level assigned by the policer.
Description: There are two global tables for marking CoS attributes based on the
conformance level. User may see that these CoS markings are not applied to the
packets.
Troubleshooting tips: Some of the reasons that could result in the above behavior
are described below:
• CoS remark is not configured for the class. Policing based CoS remarking needs
to be enabled for these markings to take effect. By default, policing based CoS
remarking is disabled. Verify that policing based CoS remarking is enabled using
the following command: show qos module policy-map m1 detail
