► In case of overheating or changes in functionality, have the prosthesis
component inspected for damage by a service centre authorised by the
manufacturer.
► Inform the patient.

► Check the product for damage prior to each use.
► Do not use the product if its functionality has been impaired.
► Take suitable measures if required (e.g. repair, replacement, inspec­
tion by the manufacturer's customer service etc.).

INFORMATION
Secure Standing
The prosthetic joint is equipped with a lever to secure it when standing
(see fig. 3).
► While standing under load (full extension), push the lever down to
activate the standing lock.
► While standing under load (full extension), pull the lever up to deactiv­
ate the standing lock.
• After each use, check the prosthetic knee joint for wear and proper func­
tionality.
6.1 Cleaning
CAUTION
Use of unsuitable cleaning agents or disinfectants
Impairment of functionality and damage due to incorrect cleaning agents or
disinfectants
► Only clean the product with the approved cleaning agents.
► Only disinfect the product with the approved disinfectants.
► Observe the instructions for cleaning and care.
1) Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth.
2) Dry the product with a soft cloth.
3) Allow to air dry in order to remove residual moisture.
