Observe the lamination anchor instructions for use during adapta­
tion and installation.
Positioning of the prosthetic socket to the alignment reference line:
a‑p position: 0 mm (proximal point of the prosthetic sock­
et)
Socket flexion: hip flexion contracture (determined with
Thomas test) + at least 4°
Take the individual situation of the patient into account.
Additional adapters (double adapter, socket adapter) can also be
used for height adjustment (see the section "Combination Possibil­
ities" – see Page 20).

Required materials and tools:
743L100 L.A.S.A.R. Posture
Prosthetic knee joint, locked (note the section "Use" – see
Page 29)
   
To determine the load line, position the patient on the L.A.S.A.R.
Posture as follows:
Prosthetic foot on force plate (sufficient load: > 35% body
weight)
Other foot (with shoe) on height compensation plate
The tips of the shoe and prosthetic foot are in one line
   
Optimise the static alignment exclusively by changing the plantar
flexion on the socket adapter of the foot adapter.
