Cause
Wrong configuration of the circuit
boards after replacing a circuit board.
Cause
An object is obstructing the product.
The charging station is bent.
The contact between the charging
plates and contact plates may be poor
and the product has made a number of
attempts to charge.
There is an object in the way of the
product preventing it from leaving the
charging station.
The product slides on the baseplate.
The battery is being charged with too
high a current.
Wrong or faulty power supply unit.
Power failure.
No contact between the contact plates
and the charging plates.
The circuit board in the charging station
is faulty.
Faulty cable to the battery or battery.
Cause
The product is set to the
area operating mode.
Action
Redo the configuration via Autocheck.
Action
Remove the object.
Ensure that the baseplate is placed on
level ground.
Put the product in the charging station
and check that the charging plates and
contact plates make good contact.
Remove the object.
Clean the baseplate.
Fault in the power supply, or wrong
type of power supply or charging sta-
tion is being used.
Check the power supply. Replace if it is
necessary.
Find and rectify the cause for power
failure.
Make sure that the charging and con-
tact plates are in contact. If the charg-
ing plates appear to be burnt or coated,
clean them using a fine grade emery
cloth. Replace if it is necessary. Refer

Replace the circuit board in the charg-
ing station. Refer to
