7. Twist and push the grommet out from the hole.
8. Remove the rear main cable.
9. Put a new rear main cable into the hole.
10. Attach the grommet.

11. Attach the cable holder to the upper chassis.
CAUTION: The cable routing is important to
not disturb the loop sensor board. Use the
cable holders and place the cables into
correct position.
12. Attach the main cable holder.
13. Attach the 2 screws to the main cable holder.
14. Install in opposite sequense.
Note: Replace the sealing strip every time you
assemble the rear chassis. Refer to
sealing strips on page 23 .

5.8 Circuit boards and sensors

5.8.1 To remove and install the application circuit
board and stop sensor
Note: The application circuit board contains the stop
sensor. The magnet for the stop sensor is positioned in
the start/stop handle.
CAUTION: Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can
damage the electronic parts of the product. Use
ESD protection equipment when you handle
circuit boards.
CAUTION: If the circuit board is to be checked
in order to evaluate the warranty, it should be
placed in a bag with protection against
electrostatic discharge (ESD).
The product's operating information is stored in the
application circuit board. The Autocheck service
program saves this information in the log book and then
transfers it back to the product again when the
application circuit board has been replaced.
1. Connect the product to Autocheck before replacing
the application circuit board. The operating data is
then saved automatically.
2. Remove the front top cover. Refer to
install the front top cover on page 13 .
