VQMON_PUBLISH_IP [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] is used to set the IP address
of the PVQMoN server that collects voice quality monitoring metrics
from the publish message.
LISTENING_R_ENABLE [YES | NO] is used to enable or disable the
detection of the Listening R Value to measure voice quality based
on burst packet loss, transmission delay, and burst loss frequency.
LISTENING-R_ENABLE is represented using a scale from 0 (lowest
quality) to 100 (highest quality).
— YES - enables the sending of the Listening R Value.
— NO - disables the sending of the Listening R Value.
LISTENING_R_WARN [xx] is a threshold to report a warning on the
Listening R Value. The default value is vocoder-dependent and is 80.
— xx - a value between 1 and 100, used to signal the warning
LISTENING_R_EXCE [xx] is the threshold to report an unacceptable
Listening R Value. The default value is vocoder-dependent and is 60.
— xx - a value between 1 and 100, used to signal the warning
PACKET_LOSS_ENABLE [YES | NO] is a command that enables or
disables packet loss detection. Packet loss is the fraction of RTP data
packets from the source lost since the beginning of reception. The value
is an integer scaled by 256. The range is 0 to 25600.
— YES - enables packet loss detection
— NO - disables packet loss detection
PACKET_LOSS_WARN [xx] is the threshold to report a warning on
Packet Loss. The default is 256 (1%).
— xx - a value between 1 and 25600.
PACKET_LOSS_EXCE [xx] is the threshold to report a warning on
unacceptable Packet Loss. The default is 1280 (5%).
— xx - a value between 1 and 25600.
JITTER_ENABLE [YES | NO] is used to enable or disable inter-arrival
Jitter detection on incoming RTP packets inter-arrival time. The value is
represented in 1/65536 of a second.
— YES - enables jitter detection
— NO - disables jitter detection
