8.9 Problem Solving

One of the most frequent problems in not being able to assign the detectors to the Radio Expander is
that the jumper on the detector PCB has not been put in place on the 'EU' pins. This makes sure the
transmitter transmits at the correct 868MHz frequency which the input expander uses.
Make sure that the 'serial' jumper on the radio expander is in the 'MF' position.
If there is "33" displayed on the screen and can't be cleared, it is because the expander has been
selected for "A0" not "E0". You will need to power down the expander and address it again.
