Using SVP frames
Some function keys are labeled with the name of the function they are most frequently used
for (e.g. [INDEX] instead of [PF2]).
Function key [PF20] (stop function) has no function in order to provide protection against it
being pressed inadvertently and is therefore not offered on the virtual keyboard.
