Maintenance instructions

The following points must be checked:
Base fixing
Chassis
Door hinge
Gearbox
Arm
Function
Wiring
Calibration run
Control unit
Actuating devices
Safety elements
Safety functions
Electrical door lock
Casing

Is the DFA 127 securely fixed to the backing construction?
Is the attachment still normal?
Can the door leaf be moved smoothly?
Function rotate + lubricate for grease spreading in gearbox
▪ remove arm from operator
▪ set operator on mode Manual
▪ actuate function by FPC 902 or BDE-D
▪ The motor performs a few rotations and the lubricating grease is
spread in the gearbox.
▪ Subsequently, connect the arm again to the operator.
Has the fixing screw of the arm been firmly tightened? Torque: 28 Nm
In case of high stress on the arm, the screw can additionally be secured
with Loctite 243.
Does the movement of the door give reason for dissatisfaction?
Are all the cables connected and have the clamping screws been firmly
tightened?
Are all connection assemblies to the motor in order?
Initiation of a new calibration run
Check the function of all modes of operation
Function test of motion sensors, push button, pull-switch etc.
Function test of safety cells on door leaves (SIO/SIS).
Examine the external connections (EMERGENCY STOP / SSK).
Function test of electrical door lock and monitoring
Are the casing and the side cover plates properly installed?
