Ê Push the green fastening clips downwards as far as they will go in the
direction of the arrow, until they are no longer attached to the removal aid.
Ê Detach the clips (1) and keep them in a safe place.
Ê To insert a new PCI board, proceed to section

CAUTION!
If you have removed a PCI board and do not intend replacing it with
another one, you must insert a dummy unit due to cooling requirements,
the applicable EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) regulations, and for
fire safety. You must ensure that the dummy unit is inserted properly into
the slot.
