"Settings" -> "IEC104
service settings" to check that
the access address is set to
0.0.0.0.
It is recommended to set the
background IP parameter of
the to 0.0.0.0 or the actual
background IP address.

communication device is
normal.
4. Ensure that the
background parameters are
correctly configured.
