Procedure
Step 1 Switch on the circuit breakers for the indoor unit on the upstream PDB.
If the outdoor unit does not take the electricity from indoor unit, switch on the circuit breakers
for the indoor and outdoor units on the upstream PDB simultaneously.
Step 2 Open the front door. Switch on the main circuit breaker for the indoor unit, and the smart
cooling product display panel will automatically light up.

The crankcase heating belt of the compressor starts working after the equipment is energized.
Ensure that the crankcase heating belt has been preheated for more than 12 hours before
starting the compressor. Otherwise, the compressor will be damaged. Huawei will not be
liable for any consequences.
Step 3 After the startup screen ends, the screen for the initial startup password is automatically
displayed.
