Expected Result

The electric heaters are secured.
Check that the electric heater surfaces are
not eroded.
Check that the fan runs properly without
abnormal noise or vibration, and the
blades rotate properly.
Check that the fan air intake and exhaust
vents are not blocked.
Expected Result
Export smart cooling product logs,
alarms, temperature, humidity, the
operating status of the compressor, fan,
electric heater, wet film humidifier, and
water pump, and time. View the historical
alarms generated in this year and select
the most common five ones.
Check that the electrical components and
control components of the indoor unit are
free of dust.
Check that the electrical components,
control components, and SPDs are free of
dust.
Check that the surfaces of the control
board and SPDs are not aged.
Check that the electric heater contactor
works properly.
Check that no cable is aged.
Check that the outdoor unit is secured to
the floor.

Secure the electric heaters and
temperature switches.
Replace the electric heater.
Replace the outdoor fan.
Clear obstacles.
Troubleshooting
Rectify the fault or contact Huawei
technical support.
(Perform the operation with the power
off.) Use a brush or compressed dry air
to remove dust from electrical
components, and control components.
Replace the abnormal board.
Replace the electric heating contactor if
it is faulty.
Replace aged cables.
Tighten the screws that secure the rack
to the floor.
