defined.
Byte 0: number of output bits (digital
modules) or number of output bytes
(analogue modules)
Byte 1: as with byte 0 but for the inputs
Byte 2: CPX module code specification
(with 0 = no module code specification)
Byte 3:
Bit 7: 0 = physically present module,
1 = virtual module
Bit 6 ... 2: reserved
Bit 1 ... 0: modul type: 00 = digital,
01 = analogue, 10 = technology module
