Possible cause
Entrance of the feeding box blocked
Cows has been outside in the field for a long time
Antenna doesn't recognize transponders.(test this with a
random transponder and check if this transponder is shown on
the live monitor)
Dosator runs heavy/ is clogged
Motor runs heavy/ is broken

Motor has no feedback

Solution
Remove blockage
With no recognition, try another antenna input, repair cable or
replace antenna
Dissolve clogging up
Replace Motor
Connect the Motor properly and/ or try another exit on the PCB
(see chapter 4.2)
Change Motor settings by settings-> Custom Motor Settings
Connect the Motor properly and/ or try another exit on the PCB
Remove USB and reinstall it
Restart Spider
Use another browser (for preference Chrome)
Install another keyboard
Check feedback operation
Check with a test transponder all antennas and see if the problem
occurs everywhere
Check the connection to the SpiderPCB (cable in connector and
connector in
Replace antenna
Reset PCB
Remove the source of interference
Have the grounding of the faults checked externally
Restart Spider
Check plugs and cable for damage and replace if necessary
Sign in as admin again

Maintenance>Idc has an overview of all connected Spider PCBs at UDP
level. The firmware can also be updated here.
New pc? Install Taurus link, zie chapter 7.5.2.6 and then contact the
Helpdesk of your management program
Check if the time of Spider is correct. If not, adjust it.
Check if the link with your management program has started/
running.
Check if you can approach the Spider via your PC, if not restore
network connection.
Otherwise contact the helpdesk of your management program
Turn off and on your device's Wi-Fi settings or try another device.
Make Spider power free for 10 seconds
Plug Wi-Fi-dongle into another USB connector on CarrierBoard.
Check blue LED on Dongle. If it doesn't burn, replace the dongle.
Check IP address / log again. See chapter 4.1
Restore connection to the barn
