Export data
Click on Export data, the data will change to today and the desired file can be downloaded. Both .xml and .csv (Excel).
The Spider can generate a number of export files/reports during each day's transition if the option "Daily data" export on the
Maintenance-page is checked. These files/reports will be overwritten with the latest feed rations upon transition to the follo-
wing day. The Spider has a built-in cleaning-mechanism. This means that the data will only be available for a few days. When
using this export data (e.g. for research), it is important to download the results at least once a week to get accurate insight
into feeding behaviour. If the option "Daily data" export is not checked, the data can be exported manually by clicking "Export
Data".
Spider can generate the following reports automatically:
intake_byfeedtype - Displays an overview of the feed rations per date and per Feed type.
intake_byfeedingstation - Displays an overview of the feed rations per date and per Feeding box.
intake_bydate - Displays an overview of the feed rations per Date.
intake_byanimal - Displays an overview of the feed rations per date and per Animal.
A CSV file and an XML file are created for the reports for the feed data available in the Spider.
Download Logs
Idc
Idc is a deeper communication layer between the carrier board and spider pcb. If the communication is lost, click on 'Reboot
Idc'. Go to 'Update Firmware' to update the pcb.
