Removing the Chassis Cover

1. Mak e sure the system and all other peripher al devices connected to it ha ve been powered-
off.
2. Disconnect all power cords and cables.
3. The 8 mounting screws on the back side of the system are used to secure the co
chassis. Remove these screws and then put them in a saf e place f or later use.
4. After remo ving the mounting screws, lift the co ver up.

5. The SODIMM sock ets, Mini PCI e slot and S ATA drive bay are readily accessible after remo v-
ing the chassis co ver.
