Activating the IMAX DTS:X Subwoofer Redirect setting (REDIRECT TO SUBWOOFER)
You can decide whether or not to redirect the lower-frequency portion of the IMAX signals to the subwoofer, and enjoy
IMAX Enhanced content playback with your preferred acoustics. The effect of the Subwoofer Redirect setting varies
depending on the size and specifications of your speakers.
Press AMP MENU.

The menu is displayed on the display panel of the receiver.
Press / repeatedly to select [4. AUDIO SETUP], then press

Press / repeatedly to select [4.13. IMAX ADJUSTMENT], then press

Press / repeatedly to select [4.13.4. REDIRECT TO SUBWOOFER], then press

Press / repeatedly to select the setting you want, then press

ON :
If you connect large speakers that effectively reproduce bass frequencies, the lower frequencies will not be
cut and redirected to the subwoofer even if you select [ON].
If you connect small speakers, the lower frequencies will be redirected to the subwoofer.
OFF :
If you connect large speakers that effectively reproduce bass frequencies, the lower frequencies will be
output from each speaker (the lower frequencies will not be cut).
If you connect small speakers, the lower frequencies will be cut.
