Please note
There is only one type of seal for all valve plates on the
CPV18 valve terminal. The position of the seal is the same
on all valve plates.
Place the component on the front tie rod. Press the com
·
ponent so that it snaps onto the tie rod.
Swing the component carefully backwards. Make sure
·
that there is sufficient space for the flat seals.
Push the upper tie rod as far as possible into the CPV
·
valve terminal and screw it in a few turns.
Align the CPV valve terminal components on a flat surface
·
so that they are not offset.
Tighten first the upper, then the lower tie rod with 0.3 Nm.
·
Then tighten all the tie rods with 2 Nm.
