    There is 9-pin Sub-D plug on the top of the valve terminal for connecting the CPV Direct to the field bus. This connection serves for the incoming and continuing field bus cables. You can connect the CPV Direct with the field bus plug from Festo type FBS-SUB-9-BU-2x5POL-B. Note Note that only the Festo field bus plug guarantees compliance with protection class IP65.

Use the second connection socket for the continuation of the field bus. Note Use blanking plugs to seal unused connections. You will then comply with protection class IP65.
