1.9.2 DIP Switch Settings for 2706-P22-SC Display

The 2706-PCable1-SC is used for downloading messages only, and must be
removed after downloading is complete.
Disconnect power from the InView display before setting any switch.
WARNING
Switch settings are scanned only on power-up.
