When setting media that floats or bends easily such as paper, pinch rollers are used to hold it down.

Change the amount that the adjuster is
inserted to adjust the pinch roller pressure.

ers to lower and fix the media in place.
When pinch rollers are used to fix soft media in place,
the pinch rollers may leave marks on the media.
In such cases, use a pinch roller adjuster to adjust the
pressure. Adjust the amount that the adjuster is inserted
according to the thickness or material of the media.
