Disposing of Discharged Ink

The drain bottle collects discharged fluid. Dispose of collected material before the bottle becomes full.
Press
to raise the lifter to the top.
Press the SERVO OFF to switch off the sub power.
Pull out the bottle containing the discharged fluid, and install a new one.

Dispose of discharged fluid properly, in accordance with the laws in effect in your locale.
Discharged fluid is flammable and contains toxic ingredients. Never attempt to incinerate discharged fluid or discard
it with ordinary trash. Also, never dispose of it in sewer systems, rivers, or streams. Doing so may have an adverse
impact on the environment.

Never place ink, cleaning liquid, or discharged fluid in any of the following loca-
tions.
Near open flame
In a hot location, such as near a heater
Near bleach, chemicals, explosives, or the like
Doing so may cause fire.
Before carrying out the task, switch off the power.
The machine may suddenly move, and your fingers or hand may get caught leading to
serious injury.
Before carrying out the task, switch off the power.
Discharged fluid flows from the tube when the machine is running. Discharged fluid may
get on the hands or spill and soil the floor.
To store discharged fluid temporarily, place it in the included drain bottle or in a
durable sealed container such as a metal can or polyethylene tank, and cap tightly.
Any spillage or vapor leakage may cause fire, odor, or physical distress.
