Check linkage and tighten or
replace.
Replace pulley.
Install cables correctly.
Lubricate system.
Adjust cable tension.

Replace binding pulleys and/ or
provide clearance between pul-
leys and brackets.

Check routing of control cables.
Repair or replace stabilator hinge.
Adjust stop screws.
Rig stabilator cables.
