Holmium Oxide Test
The holmium oxide test uses characteristic absorbance maxima of the built-in
holmium oxide filter to verify wavelength accuracy (see also
Verification and Calibration"
slit is moved into the light path automatically. To eliminate effects due to
absorbing solvents, the test should be done with water in the flow cell or with
removed flow cell.
