1-1. Discharging drainage water
cAutIon
:
Do not place hands, feet, face or tools on the moving part of the main body so as to
protect against possible accidents caused by abrupt start of the machine.
1-2. Adjusting the height of the needle bar
cAutIon
:
turn oFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt
start of the sewing machine.
Brng needle bar 1 to the lowest poston of ts stroke. Loosen needle bar connecton screw 2 and ad-
just so that upper marker lne 3 engraved on the needle bar algns wth the bottom end of needle bar
bushng, lower 4 .
After the adjustment, make sure that there is no uneven torque.
* When sttch skppng occurs n accordance wth the sewng condtons, adjust the heght of the
needle bar so as to lower t by 0.5 to 1 mm from the needle bar engraved lne 3 .

Be sure to discharge drainage water from the fil-
ter.
Press the dranage dscharge button on the under-
side of the filter to discharge water accumulated in
the filter.
Loosen the screw of the dranage dscharge but-
ton on the underside of the filter to discharge wa-
ter accumulated in the filter.
After havng draned the flter, frmly tghten the
screw of the dranage dscharge button.
