shape no. 7: Belt loop rolling position correction in
longitudinal direction of the clamp
For shape No. 7, ths swtch s used to correct the
longtudnal poston of the belt loop clamp when
nsertng the fork at the 2nd sewng poston.
Garment body feed: travel amount to far side for
garment body tension reducing operation
In the case U507 "operaton to reduce garment body
pullng" s selected for shape Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12,
ths s the amount of travel of garment body feed to far
sde before the feed travels to the 2nd sewng poston.
By ncreasng ths value, the amount that the belt loop
clamp pulls the belt loop whle the clamp travels can be
decreased.
(If ths value s excessvely ncreased, the belt loop can
come off when the belt loop clamp travels.)

lateral direction of clamp
For shape No. 7, ths swtch s used to correct the
lateral poston of the belt loop clamp at the 2nd sewng
poston.
Carry out the correcton f the belt loop poston devates
from the sewng poston.
+ : Belt loop s moved to the rght wth respect to the
sewng poston.
- : Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.

correction in lateral direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12, ths swtch s
used to correct the lateral poston of the belt loop clamp
at the 2nd sewng poston.
Carry out the correcton f the belt loop poston devates
from the sewng poston.
+ : Belt loop s moved to the rght wth respect to the
sewng poston.
- : Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.
shape nos. 2, 6: 2nd sewing position correction in
lateral direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 2 and 6, ths swtch s used to correct
the lateral poston of the belt loop clamp at the 2nd
sewng poston.
Carry out the correcton f the belt loop poston devates
from the sewng poston.

- : Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
