lateral direction of clamp
For shape No. 9, ths swtch s used to correct the
lateral poston of the belt loop clamp at the 2nd sewng
poston.
Carry out correcton n the case the poston of the belt
loop dffers from the poston of bartackng.
+ : Belt loop s moved to the rght wth respect to the
sewng poston.
- : Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.
shape no. 9: 2nd sewing position correction in
longitudinal direction of clamp
For shape No. 9, the dstance between the work clamp
of machne head and the belt loop clamp at the 2nd
sewng poston can be decreased by means of ths
swtch. Ths can reduce the length of remanng thread.
caution: If you excessively move the work clamp
shape nos. 11, 12: clamp speed limitation when
moving to the loosening rod insertion position
For shape Nos. 11 and 12, the speed of the clamp,
whch s employed when t moves to the far sde after
the completon of 3rd sewng n order to nsert the
loosenng rod, can be lmted.

For shape Nos. 10, 11 and 12, the 3rd sewng poston
can be corrected n lateral drecton.

travel to 3rd sewing position in terms of longitudinal

amount of the garment body tenson by movng the
clamp from the 3rd sewng poston to the far sde.
+ : To ncrease the belt loop loosenng amount
- : To decrease the belt loop loosenng amount
shape nos. 10, 11, 12: limit to moving speed of belt
loop clamp to 3rd sewing position
For shape Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12, the movng speed
of the belt loop clamp to the 3rd sewng poston can be
lmted by means of ths swtch.

clamp to 3rd sewing position
For shape No. 6, the movng speed of the belt loop
clamp to the 3rd sewng poston can be lmted by
means of ths swtch.
