Fed out amount correction by the clamp amount
When settng the belt loop, the length of the fed out belt
loop can be corrected by the amount clamped by the
belt loop drawng devce.
Belt loop clamp loosening amount for 1st sewing
The amount of belt loop to be loosened by movng the
belt loop clamp toward the work clamp of the machne
head durng the 1st sewng.
+ : To ncrease the belt loop loosenng amount
- : To decrease the belt loop loosenng amount
shape nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12: loosening amount
between 1st sewing and 2nd sewing
The amount of tenson appled to the garment body, for
shape Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12, whch s decreased
by movng the belt loop clamp from the 2nd sewng
poston toward you.
+ : To ncrease the belt loop loosenng amount
- : To decrease the belt loop loosenng amount
shape nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12: limit to moving speed
of belt loop clamp to 2nd sewing position
For shape Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12, the movng speed
of the belt loop clamp to the 2nd sewng poston can be
lmted by means of ths swtch.
shape nos. 4, 5, 11, 12: Final sewing position
correction in lateral direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 4, 5, 11 and 12, the final sewing position
can be corrected n lateral drecton.
Carry out correcton n the case the poston of the belt
loop dffers from the poston of bartackng.
+ : Belt loop s moved to the rght wth respect to the
sewng poston.
- : Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.
shape no. 4, 11: Final sewing position correction in
terms of longitudinal direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 4 and 11, the dstance between the work
clamp of machne head and the belt loop clamp at the
final sewing position can be decreased by means of this
swtch. Ths can reduce the length of remanng thread.
caution: If you excessively move the work clamp
shape nos. 4, 5, 11, 12: limit to moving speed of belt
loop clamp to final sewing position
For shape Nos. 4, 5, 11 and 12, the movng speed of
the belt loop clamp to the final sewing position can be
changed by means of ths swtch.
