10. Cut off the connectors from the generator end of the arm cable and Dixi interconnection
cable. The grounding lead should be left longer that the other leads (figure 18, 8).

11. Join the old and new cables together as shown in figure 19 below. Tape the joining point
firmly. Do not tape the old Dixi interconnection cable, it is pulled out from the opening on
the bracket arm (see figure 20)
