Attach the generator back plate to the column with eight M6x16 DIN 912 screws (1) using the 5mm
Allen key. Attach the handle to the generator back plate with two M10x40 DIN 912 screws (2) using the
8mm Allen key.

PLANMECA INTRA X-RAY UNIT MOBILE BASE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Attach the generator back plate to the column with eight M6x16 DIN 912 screws (1) using the 5mm Allen key. Attach the handle to the generator back plate with two M10x40 DIN 912 screws (2) using the 8mm Allen key. - Page 2 PLANMECA INTRA X-RAY UNIT Place the column e.g. onto the mobile base package so that the generator back plate is horizontal (1). Attach the wheel assemblies to the base plate with the M10x40 DIN 912 screws using the 8mm Allen key (2).
- Page 3 PLANMECA INTRA X-RAY UNIT Position the cylindrical pins to the bearing housing according to the figure below. Route the Intra cables through the horizontal arm and column. Attach the horizontal arm to the column with two attachment screws (1) and larger (2) and smaller (3) washers.
- Page 4 PLANMECA INTRA X-RAY UNIT Attach the bracket arm to the horizontal arm by pushing the bracket arm shaft into the bearing housing. Secure the bracket arm with the locking plate. M5x6 DIN 912 screw Use 4mm Allen key. Locking plate Carefully pull the Intra cables out from the column so that they can be connected to the generator PCB.

- Page 6 PLANMECA INTRA X-RAY UNIT Place the cover plugs to the end of wheel assemblies, horizontal arm and column top. Insert the plugs into the attachment screw openings on the column (see figure below). Secure the bracket arm to the transport position with the strap supplied with the base.
- Page 7 BRACKET ARM TO THE TRANSPORT POSITION. Secure the bracket arm to the transport position with the strap. Disconnect the Planmeca Intra from the power supply and hang the power supply cable on the handle. Transport the x-ray unit with care.
