■Class1 Start offset address to the input data (Un\G5134 to Un\G5165)
In relation to the start address of 'Class1 communications input data area' (Un\G12000 to Un\G35999), stores the offset
address of the input data for each connection.
• 0 to 32767: Offset address of each connection
• 65535: No offset address assignment
