Probable Cause
Power cable unplugged
Outer power supply switch
turned OFF
Inner power supply switch
turned OFF
Screensaver login turned ON
Low memory
Low batteries
Loose mouse dongle
Scanner Cable not grounded
properly
Corrective Action
Verify power cable is plugged into a live AC
outlet.
Set power supply rocker switch at rear of the
unit to "ON" position.
Ensure switch on power supply is turned ON.
(Call Customer Support)
Go to properties, then screen saver and turn it
OFF.
Call Customer Support.
Re-start application or re-start system.
Replace batteries.
Ensure dongle is plugged into a USB port.
Call Customer Support.
