timed-out.
The module can only leave
this state if all timed-out
target connections are
re-established, or if the
module is reset.
OFF No power or no IP address
Green Device operational
Module is operating
correctly in Run-state.
Green, flashing Standby
Module has not been
configured.
Scanner in Idle-state
Red Major fault
Major unrecoverable fault
