Check the free DRAM against MD18050. Values greater than 15000 must be

Memory configuration
Meaning
This data is set to 8192 bytes for "cycle 95".This MD can be
reduced to 2048 if cycle 95 is not used.
Size of the part program memory in DRAM
Memory size for local user variables.
Do not increase this MD 28040 from 25 kByte (default
setting) to 35–50 kByte unless you need more than
2048 bytes in MD 18242.

Number of global user variables
Number of channel-specific global user variables
Memory breakdown for tool managementSet the tool mana-
gement to suit the requirements of the machine. If you are
not using the TM function, set MD 18084 and 18086 to "0"
to free more memory for part programs.

requirements of end customer

Number of files for machine-related protection areas
Number of files for channel-specific protection areas
