When the espresso machine is on, operate the lever downwards for a time greater than 2 seconds, the 2 lower
leds start flashing and the segments of the chrono rotate.
When the lower leds stop flashing, position the empty precision portafilter in the seat on the grid as described
in chapter 8. The value is automatically recorded.

This procedure must be performed on first installation, even if it is possible to repeat it at any time (for example
if we use a new set of portafilters).
