Actuator = Frequency
Examples of metering devices that are pulse frequency driven are
the classic membrane pumps with a potential free triggering input.
Dosing is controlled by the repetition speed of dosing shots.
Pulse frequency: Max. pulses per minute the device is able to re-
spond to. Range: 20–300/min.
Control Parameters
Range for each Parameter same as
Actuator = Motor valve
Dosing is controlled by the position of a motor driven mixing valve.
Run time: Time needed to open a completely closed valve
Range: 5–300 sec.
Neutral zone: Minimal response time in % of the runtime. If the re-
quested dosing output is smaller than the response time, no
change will take place.
Range: 1–20 %
Control Parameters
Range for each Parameter same as
Function = Timer:
The relay will be activated repetitively depending on the pro-
grammed time scheme.
Mode: Operating mode (interval, daily, weekly)
Interval
Interval: The interval can be programmed within a range
of 1–1'440 min.
Run Time: Enter the time the relay stays active.
Range: 5–32'400 sec.
Delay: during run time plus the delay time the signal and control
outputs are held in the operating mode programmed below.
Range: 0–6'000 sec.
