INT block special mode

Along with standard operation of integrating the process value at INn, the Micro Motion
Integrator function block has one special mode of operation: Input 1 pass through. In this
special mode of operation, the device internal totals/inventories are controlled through
the Integrator block. The Integrator block passes through the device total/inventory to
output and the device total/inventory is reset by the RESET_IN input. To control the
integrator block mode there is one additional parameter in the Total-Inventory TB for each
INT block. By default the integrator function block operates in standard mode.
