Operating area of the control
Sequence of instructions to the control.
-> User program
In the Automatic and MDA mode, this function can be used to change the
program mode, for instance skip block can be selected.
Characters and character strings that have a defined meaning in the
programming language for part programs (see Programming Guide).
Contour errors at quadrant transitions resulting from varying frictional
conditions (static friction) on guideways can be largely eliminated with the
quadrant error compensation function. Parameterization of the quadrant error
compensation takes place by a circularity test.
Arithmetic parameter; can be set or called in the part program for any purpose
by the programmer.
Mounting frame of the control.
Jump back into the next higher horizontal menu.
Point on the machine tool to which the measuring system of the machine axes

Data areas in data blocks are remanent as well as timers, counters and flags if
their contents are not lost at restart or power off.
Reposition on the contour by operator control. With the Repos function and by
using the direction keys, it is possible to return to the point of interruption.
Reset key:
Press the Reset key: processing of the current part program is stopped.
Messages from the monitoring system are cleared provided they are not Power
On or Acknowledgement Alarms. The control is put into the "Reset" state, i.e.
the NC control remains in synchronism with the machine, all buffers and
working memories are cleared (but the contents of the part programs memory
are retained). The control is in the initial state and ready for a new program
run.
Setting of attributes and parameters for the time of beginning of program.
Rotary axes allow a workpiece or tool to be rotated into a specific angular
