Close the reagent compartment door.

From the Home screen, select Manage Instrument.

Select Shut Down.
This command shuts down the software.

Toggle the power switch to the OFF position.
NOTE
Any time that you turn off the instrument, wait a minimum of 60 seconds before turning the power switch
back to the ON position.
