Adjusting the backrest position

6.4 Adjusting the seat and back width

The seat and back width are adjusted by turning the sup­
ports in the connecting piece (see Page 18 ff.). There is a
setting range of ±40 mm on each side.
6.5 Adjusting the armrests
CAUTION
Reaching into swivel region
Pinching or crushing of limbs (e.g. fingers) due to lack of
caution in danger areas
► Do not reach into the swivel region.
The height and depth of the armrests can be adapted to the
requirements of the user.
C1000 SF
Adjusting the height
To adapt the armrests to the upper arm length of the user,
the corresponding mounting hole on the rear of the backrest
has to be selected:
1) Loosen the two screws that attach the armrest to the
backrest (see fig. 5).
2) Remove the armrest.
3) Match the armrest's mounting position with another
mounting hole and retighten the screws.

Move the armrest to the required height.
Changing the position
To adapt the armrest to the forearm length of the user, the
screw connections on the underside of the armrest have to
be changed:
