Select the fluorescent tags used in the experiment from the Library pane on the left. You must

select all fluorescent tags present in the experiment, as this will determine which Reference
Controls are to be used during spectral unmixing.

NOTE: Use the search box in the upper-right corner of the Library pane to search for the
fluorescent tags of choice. A default list of fluorescent tags for each laser is available in the
Library. See "Fluorescent Tags" on page 55.
Individual fluorescent tags can be removed. To remove all fluorescent tags, select Clear All.
