24.16 Release the two upper retaining clips
and remove the B-pillar lower trim panel
Side sill front trim panel
18 Release the three clips and remove the
storage compartment adjacent to the front
seat (see illustration 24.14).
19 Lift the panel upwards to unclip it from the
sill and remove the panel from the car (see
illustration).
20 Refitting is a reversal of removal.
Side sill rear trim panel
21 Undo the retaining screw and remove the
2nd row rear seat cushion release handle (see
illustration 21.8).
22 Push the seat adjustment handle forward,
depress the retaining catch with a small
screwdriver, and pull the handle up and off the
adjustment lever (see illustration 21.9).
23 Using a small screwdriver, push in the
centre pin and remove the two plastic rivets
at the rear of the seat adjuster trim panel (see
illustration 21.10).
24.27 Pull the tailgate aperture upper
centre trim panel away to release the five
internal clips
24.33 Pull the panel away to release the
internal clips, and remove the panel from
the car
24.19 Lift the side sill front trim panel

24 Unclip the seat adjuster trim panel and

26 Open the tailgate.
27 Pull the panel away to release the five
internal clips, and remove the panel from the
car (see illustration).
28 Refitting is a reversal of removal.
Lower centre trim panel
29 Open the tailgate.
30 Remove the luggage compartment floor
covering.
31 Undo the turnbuckle and remove the rear
storage compartment cover (see illustration).

C-pillar trim panel
35 Remove the side sill rear trim panel as
described previously.
36 Remove the D-pillar trim panel as
described later in this Section.
37 Undo the seat belt lower mounting bolt
(see illustration 23.15).
38 Prise out the plastic cover at the top of the
panel (see illustration).
39 Unclip the upper area of the C-pillar trim
panel and disengage its lower end from the
luggage compartment side trim panel {see
illustration).
